Andi Maceo

A.F. “Andi” Maceo has been involved with real estate transactions since the 1980’s. Beginning her career in commercial real estate, she worked for the two majors developers in Houston: Gerald D. Hines Interests and Century Development Corporation, with such major projects as Allen Center and Greenway Plaza. For the past 12 years, Andi has worked within the brokerage community serving clients on a national, regional, and local basis. She has negotiated the sales and purchases of buildings, land, and farms. Her professional service now focuses on tenant representation for office, industrial, and retail leases.She is experienced in client representation, project management, locational consolidation, and standardization of client policies. Once you meet Andi, expect to have a friend for life. She doesn’t consider that her business relationships with people have to end after the transaction. Sometimes it is just the beginning. Her patience, willingness to listen, and personal interest in her clients combined with the right blend of results-oriented determination to meet a client’s needs, imaginative resources, and indomitable spirit has created an environment of continued referrals. Although she takes her job seriously, she is always able to maintain a sense of humor.
